Essentially, our model will
guide your organization through the development and implementation of
effective methodologies in providing comprehensive services to the
prisoner returning to the community and their families. Efforts to
maintain a level of service delivery to the ever increasing prison and
jail populations have not been successful in areas of reducing
recidivism, literacy, job development, housing, and addressing the
special needs population. The
IMRSDS will
strengthen your organization's
service delivery for the 21st Century.
The system design was developed in response to the results of a comprehensive review of traditional organizational models of social service delivery by community-based organizations.
