non-profits, community based organizations (CBO’s), and government agencies to
identifying systemic inadequacies of service delivery to the client. These problems were addressed through the
execution of strategic program development and collaborative alliances with key collateral interests.
We have served on several Advisory Boards which provide direction and governance to non-profit and other
allied agencies devoted to successful offender re-entry. Valuable knowledge have been gained regarding
the best practices in the field of offender re-entry . This enhances non-profit's,
CBO’S, faith based, or government agencies' ability to successfully respond to the current crisis of prison
overcrowding and high recidivism rates.
